Special Meeting
Chairperson Kniss called the meeting to order at 4:30 P.M. in the
Community Meeting Room, 250 Hamilton Avenue, Palo Alto, California.
Present: DuBois, Filseth, Kniss (Chair), Scharff

1. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS
City Designated Representatives: Council Appointed Officers
Committee (Liz Kniss, Tom DuBois, Eric Filseth, Greg Scharff)
Employee Organization: Council Appointed Officers
(Unrepresented Positions of City Attorney, City Auditor,
City Clerk, and City Manager)
Authority: Government Code Section 54957.6(a)
MOTION: Council Member Scharff moved, seconded by Vice Mayor Filseth to
go into closed session.
MOTION PASSED: 4-0
The Committee returned from the closed session at 5:55 P.M.
Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 5:55 P.M.
