The Council Appointed Officers Committee of the City of Palo Alto met on this

Closed Session
1. Debrief of the 2016-17 Council Appointed Officers Performance
Evaluation and Review of Performance Goals Process; Look Ahead to the
2017-18 Process and Direction on Next Steps.
MOTION: Mayor Scharff moved, seconded by Council Member Holman to
recommend the City Council move forward with obtaining a proposal from
Municipal Resource Group, LLC (MRG) for renewal of a contract to provide
consulting and facilitation services for the 2017-18 CAO evaluation process.
MOTION PASSED: 3-0 Fine absent
Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 12:01 P.M.
