The Council Appointed Officers Committee of the City of Palo Alto met on this
date in the Council Chambers at 3:02 P.M.
Present: Filseth, Fine, Holman, Scharff

Closed Session
1. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS
City Designated Representatives: Greg Scharff, Eric Filseth, Karen
Holman, Adrian Fine
Employee Organization: Council Appointed Officers
(Unrepresented positions of City Attorney, City Auditor, City Clerk, and
City Manager) Authority: Government Code Section 54957.6(a).
MOTION: Mayor Scharff moved, seconded by Council Member Holman to go
into Closed Session.
MOTION PASSED: 4-0
Council Appointed Officers Committee went into Closed Session at 3:02 P.M.
Council Appointed Officers Committee returned from Closed Session at
4:45 P.M.
Mayor Scharff announced no reportable action.
Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 4:45 P.M.
