9.Request for Authorization to Enter into a Contract with the Law Firm of Liebert
Cassidy & Whitmore in an Amount Not to Exceed $185,000 for Legal Services
Relating to the IAFF, Local 1319 Interest Arbitration and Approval of a Budget
Amendment Increasing the Budget of the Office of the City Attorney by

10.Request for Authorization to Increase the Existing Contract with the Law Firm

Consisting of 84 Residential Units within the Upper Floors, 50,467 s.f. Ground

Facilities, and Offsite Improvements, with Two Concessions Requested under
