Creek; Acceptance of Local Matching Funds in Approximate Amount of
$42,000 from the Francisquito Creek Joint Powers Authority for the
Replacement of the Newell Road Bridge over San Francisquito Creek; and

Chapter 18.08 (Designation and Establishment of Districts) and (2) Approval of
a Development Agreement Between the City of Palo Alto and Stanford
Hospital and Clinics; Lucile Salter Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford; and
the Board of Trustees of the Leland Stanford Junior University; and Update on
Efforts to Address Comments Made by Parents of Students at the Stanford
Arboretum Childrens Center
11.Council Consideration of Draft Letter of Interest to Foothill DeAnza Community
College Including Options to Sell or Long-term Lease the City owned 8 acres at
Cubberley Community Center and a Request to Palo Alto Unified School
District for Support and Possible Collaboration with Foothill College
