Public Hearing: Adoption of an Ordinance Establishing Underground Utility District No. 47 (Middlefield Road/Addison Avenue/Cowper Street/Homer Avenue) by Amending Section 12.16.02 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code 15. Public Hearing: Adoption of an Ordinance Rezoning a 0.6-acre Site from Single Family Residential (R-1) to Service Commercial (CS), Adoption of a Resolution Amending the Comprehensive Plan Land Use Designation from Single Family Residential to Service Commercial, and Approval of the Negative Declaration for the Properties located at 423- 451 Page Mill Road. 16. Approval of a Record of Land Use Action for a Preliminary Parcel Map with Exceptions to Subdivide an oversized Single Family Residential lot into two lots, resulting in parcels having a width of 55.8 45 feet where he R-1 Zone standard minimum width is 60 feet; and Approval of a Negative Declaration located at 827 Chimalus Drive 17.
