Acknowledgement of Recipients of Mayor's "Green Leader Business Award" City Manager Comments Oral Communications Members of the public may speak to any item not on the agenda; three minutes per speaker. Adoption of a Resolution Approving and Ratifying the Resource Adequacy Transfer Agreement Transferring a Portion of the City’s Resource Adequacy Capacity from the High Winds Energy Center to NextEra Energy Resources, LLC, in 2013 and 2014 4. Approval of Contract with Muzak, LLC, in the Amount of $201,992 for Media Broadcast System for the Mitchell Park Library and Community Center (CIP PE-09006) 5.
