Call to Order
Oral Communications
Members of the public may speak to any item not on the agenda; three minutes per speaker. Council reserves the
right to limit the duration of Oral Communications period to 30 minutes.
Action Items
Include: Reports of Committees/Commissions, Ordinances and Resolutions, Public Hearings, Reports
of Officials, Unfinished Business and Council Matters.
1. Council Retreat for Further Discussion of Infrastructure Investment
and Renewal; Direction to Staff Regarding:
a. Revenue Generating Uses for Bayshore Sites, City’s Service Delivery
Model for Animal Services, and/or Municipal Services Center Site
utilization.
b. Next Steps for Finance Options to Fund Infrastructure Needs.
