Contract with Granite Construction in an Amount Not to Exceed $1,302,963 for
the San Antonio Highway Safety Improvement Program Capital Improvement

6. Approval of a Mitigated Negative Declaration and Record of Land Use Action
for Construction of a New Two-Story Single Family Residence and Associated

Allowing Renovation of Three Retail Structures, Relocation of One Retail
Structure, Construction of Ten Single Family Homes and Creation of a 0.2 Acre
Park and Associated Site Improvements, and (2) Approving a Tentative Map to
