Approval and Authorization of the City Manager to execute an Electric Enterprise Fund Construction Contract with PAR Electrical Contractors, Inc. in the Amount of $961,460 to Rebuild a Portion of the 60kV Overhead Transmission System 7. Approval of a Water Enterprise Fund Contract with RMC Water and Environment, Inc. for a Total Not to Exceed Amount of $193,914 to Complete the Environmental Analysis of Expanding the City's Recycled Water Delivery System 8. Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Contract #C12140966 in the Amount of $500,000 with Hydromax USA, Inc.
