Some of the recent corrections include updating the questions, updating specific verbiage, and general formatting. If Council accepts this application the Clerk's Office will ensure the other Boards and Commissions applications are aligned with this one. Additionally, the City is moving to Open Cities to host our web services. Open Cities offers a web forms program that we can utilize to create the applications online, thereby making it easier for the public to apply for positions. The Architectural Review Board is composed of five members who are not Council Members, officers, or employees of the City, at least three of whom shall be architects, landscape architects, building designers or other design professionals. Palo Alto residency is not required. Terms of Members will be for three years. The Architectural Review Board typically meets on the first and third Thursdays of each month at 8:30 A.M. In addition to regular meetings, Members may be asked to participate on at least one sub-committee which could hold additional meetings.
