1. Public Hearing: (CMR:196:03) The City Council will consider the
appeal by Lawrence and Jeanne Aufmuth, Don and Carol Mullen,
Walter and Amanda Mok, Peter Danner, and Michael Braun of the
Director of Planning and Community Environment’s approval of the
application for a second story addition and a substantial remodel of an
existing one story single family residence located at 1849 Webster
Street, owned by Elizabeth and Jaime Wong, under the single family
individual review program. The Council’s decision will be based upon
the evidentiary record of the Director’s hearing
