ROLL CALL
SPECIAL MEETING
1. The City Council will be conducting a project site visit for the Matadero
Creek Long-Term Remediation Project [02-D-07, 02-ARB-70]:
Application by Santa Clara Valley Water District for Site and Design
approval for the construction of an overflow flood control channel for
the lower portion of Matadero Creek downstream of East Bayshore
Road, and adjacent to the City Municipal Service Center, to increase
flood protection and convey a 100-year (1 percent) flood event flow.
This item has been agendized for a public hearing with the City Council
on September 15, 2003 at 7:00 p.m., City Council Chambers.
ADJOURNMENT
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, transportation will be
made available for persons with disabilities from City Hall to the Matadero Creek site. Please
contact Robin Winkler at 329-2603 by Thursday, September 4, 2003, to arrange for this
transportation.
