Agenda posted according to PAMC Section 2.04.070. A binder containing supporting materials is available in the Council
Chambers on the Friday preceding the meeting.
This meeting will include Council Member Hillary Freeman teleconferencing from
the Four Seasons Resort, Aviara, 7210 Blue Heron Place, Carlsbad, CA, which is
publicly accessible for this purpose. This agenda shall be posted in that
location.

South of Forest Area (SOFA) 2 Coordinated Area Plan including
properties in the boundaries of Forest Avenue, Ramona Street,

with the South of Forest Area, Phase 2 ("SOFA 2") property owners
and Working Group and to request for confirmation or modification of
the Planning and Transportation Commission's recommendations for
the SOFA 2 Coordinated Area Plan
