OTHER AGENDA ITEMS: Public comments or testimony on agenda items other than Oral Communications shall be limited to a maximum of five minutes per speaker unless additional time is granted by the presiding officer. (CMR:450:02) PUBLIC HEARING: The Palo Alto City Council will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to Government Code Section 30061, Title 3, Division 3, relating to the Supplemental Law Enforcement Services Fund, to consider the Police Chief’s request for funding frontline law enforcement programs Ordinance of the Council of the City of Palo Alto Amending the Budget for Fiscal Year 2002-03 to Accept Grant Funding in the Amount of $120,072 in the Supplemental Law Enforcement Services Fund (SLESF), to Transfer $95,480 from SLESF to the General Fund, and to Add 1.0 Full-Time Equivalent Police Captain and Drop 1.0 Full-Time Equivalent Police Sergeant in the Police Department UNFINISHED BUSINESS 11.
