Council reserves the right to limit the duration of Oral Communications APPROVAL OF MINUTES January 22, 2007 January 29, 2007 CONSENT CALENDAR Items will be voted on in one motion unless removed from the calendar by two Council Members. 1. 2nd Reading - Ordinance Adding Chapter 2.07 to Title 2 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code to Prohibit Certain Former City Employees from Appearing Before the City for Third Parties for a Period of One Year After Leaving City Employment (1st Reading 02/05/2007, Passed 9-0) 2. Approval of a Resolution Scheduling the City Council Vacation and Cancelling Council Meetings in Calendar Year 2007 3. (CMR:143:07) Finance Committee Recommendation on Changes to the Guideline Levels for the Utilities Rate Stabilization Reserves, and Utilities Emergency Plant Replacement Reserves ATTACHMENT 4. (CMR:147:07) 705 and 711 Cowper Street: Approval of a Parcel Map with Exceptions to Subdivide a Formerly Merged Parcel and a Negative Declaration ATTACHMENT COUNCIL COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION AGENDA CHANGES, ADDITIONS, AND DELETIONS HEARINGS REQUIRED BY LAW: Applicants and/or appellants may have up to ten minutes at the outset of the public discussion to make their remarks and up to three minutes for concluding remarks after other members of the public have spoken. OTHER AGENDA ITEMS: Public comments or testimony on agenda items other than Oral Communications shall be limited to a maximum of five minutes per speaker unless additional time is granted by the presiding officer. The presiding officer may reduce the allowed time to less than five minutes if necessary to accommodate a larger number of speakers. UNFINISHED BUSINESS PUBLIC HEARINGS 5. (CMR:149:07) Public Hearing: Consider Approval of a Record of Land Use Action upholding the Director’s decision approving a preliminary parcel map to create two parcels from one parcel at 897 Barron Avenue. Public Hearing: Consider Approval of a Record of Land Use Action for a Tentative Map to create two single family residential parcels and a remainder lot, and a Mitigated Negative Declaration at 4249 El Camino Real.
