(CMR:101:04) Adoption of the Mitigated Negative Declaration and Approval of the Project Recommendations for the Mountain View/Moffett Area Water Recycling Facility 2. Approval of Appointment of Nellie Ancel as Senior Assistant City Attorney 3. (CMR:112:04) Approval to Add Scope of Services to the Design of the Mitchell Park Library and Community Center Capital Improvement Program Project to Provide for a Space Programming Study to Improve the Functionality at the Current Mitchell Park Library Facility COUNCIL COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION 4.
