CITY OFFICIAL COMMENTS ACTION ITEMS 1.Code:ART 2025 – Staff recommends that the Public Art Commission (PAC) approve the use of private development generated in‐lieu funds in an amount not to exceed $300,000 to support a major 3‐D projection mapping artwork on the façade of City Hall that would debut during Code:ART October 2025 and continue through the following weekend. 2.Code:ART 2025 – Staff recommends the allocation of funds in the amount of up to $70,000 from the Art in Public Places Capital Improvement Budget for a major installation on Lytton Plaza and four additional artworks in various locations downtown. 3.Donation of an Artwork – Staff recommends that the Commission approve the donation of an artwork by Cubberley artist Darryl Dieckman into the City collection.
