PowerPoints, videos, or other media to be presented during public comment are accepted only by email to city.clerk@CityofPaloAlto.org at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. Once received, the  Clerk will have them shared at public comment for the specified item. To uphold strong cybersecurity management practices, USB’s or other physical electronic storage devices are not accepted. PUBLIC COMMENT  Members of the public may speak to any item NOT on the agenda.  APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1.July 20, 2023 PAC Regular Meeting Minutes CITY OFFICIAL COMMENTS ACTION ITEMS 2.Code:ART 2023 – Approval of funds in the amount of up to $7,000 from the Public Art Fund to support the Code:ART festival during October 12, 13, and 14, 2023. 3.Public Art Commission Members – Commissioner‐led discussion regarding Public Art Commission membership number and review of a draft letter to City Council requesting that the commission be restored to seven members.
