Temporary Public Art – Approval of funds in the amount of $47,000 to commission four temporary artworks on a construction fence around the California Ave parking garage construction site. NON-ACTION 2. Victor Arnautoff Frescoes Update – Discussion of the status of the George Washington High School frescoes and update on the status of Palo Alto’s frescoes.
