PUBLIC COMMENT Members of the public may speak to agendized items. If you wish to address the Committee on any issue that is
on this agenda, please complete a speaker request card located on the table at the entrance to the Council
Chambers/Council Conference Room, and deliver it to the Clerk prior to discussion of the item. You are not required
to give your name on the speaker card in order to speak to the Committee, but it is very helpful.

Study Session

1. Chair Riggs has invited Dr. Kevin Lo, PhD, to facilitate a team building exercise.
2. Discussion on transportation-related topics and exploration of possible approaches to support the
City Council as it considers broader transportation and parking management strategies.
3. Discussion on housing-related topics (time permitting) including, but not limited to: funding,
resources, housing types and incentives.
