The Proposed Changes Include: Replacing the Ground Floor Store Fronts Along the Hamilton Avenue and Emerson Street Entries, Replacing the Existing Awning at the Emerson Street Entry, New Façade, Finishes on the First Floor and Part of the Second Floor, and Sidewalk Improvements.
