1. Spokespersons that are representing a group of five or more people who are identified as present at the meeting at

2. PUBLIC HEARING/QUASI-JUDICIAL. 3001 El Camino Real [16PLN-00097 and 16PLN-
00220]: Recommendation on Applicant's Request for Approval of a Site and Design
Review to Allow for Construction of a Four-Story Mixed-Use Development With
19,800 Square Feet of Retail and 30 Residential Units in the CS Zone as Well as a
Three-Story Multi-Family Residential Building With 20 Units in the RM-30 Zone. The
Project Also Includes a Request for a Preliminary Parcel Map for a Lot Merger to

94301. Comments received by 2:00 PM the Thursday preceding the meeting date will be
included in the agenda packet. Comments received afterward through 3:00 PM the day before
the meeting will be presented to the Board at the dais.
