Preliminary Architectural Review of Location and Siting Criteria, Design Criteria, and
Design Options for the Deployment of 16 Small Cell Wireless Communication Nodes
on Utility Poles and Street Lights in the Public Right of way. Nodes are Proposed for
Downtown North, University South, and Near Town & Country. Environmental
Assessment: Not a Project. Formal Application will be Subject to CEQA Review.

94301. Comments received by 2:00 PM the Thursday preceding the meeting date will be
included in the agenda packet. Comments received afterward through 3:00 PM the day before
the meeting will be presented to the Board at the dais.
