The Project Includes a 4,027 Square Foot Commercial Building and 17 Dwelling Units (Flats and Townhouses). Parking for the Project is Provided in a Basement. The Applicant Also Requests Approval of a Design Enhancement Exception to Allow the Basement to Encroach Into the Required Rear Yard Setback Below Grade. Three new Single-Story Structures Will Have a Combined Floor Area of 17,132 Square Feet and Will be Used for the Preschool, Gymnasium, and Classrooms. The Proposed 18 Small Cell Node Locations in this Preliminary Architectural Review Application are Considered a Cluster of Nodes Within the Proposed Overall Deployment of 92 Small Cell Locations.
