Spokespersons that are representing a group of five or more people who are identified as present at the meeting at the time of the spokesperson’s presentation will be allowed up to fifteen (15) minutes at the discretion of the Chair, provided that the non-speaking members agree not to speak individually. 2. PUBLIC HEARING / QUASI-JUDICIAL. 3181 Porter Drive [16PLN-00209]: Recommendation on Applicant’s Request for Approval of a Major Architectural Review to Allow the Demolition of Three Existing Office / R&D buildings at 3181, 3221, and 3215 Porter Drive and Construction of a new two-story 101,083 Square Foot Office Building on the site. This Project is a Designated Project Under the 2005 Mayfield Development Agreement. Environmental Assessment: An Addendum to the Mayfield Development Agreement Environmental Impact Report has Been Prepared Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
