The Proposed 11,728 Square Foot Mixed Use Project Includes use of Seismic Rehabilitation Floor Area Bonus and Transfer of Development Rights Floor Area, Creates a New Second Story Office Space, and a new Third Story Rooftop Garden and Balcony. The Approximately 215,000 Square Foot Building was Previously Entitled in 2011. The Proposed Project Includes Architectural Modifications to Reflect Updated Internal Program Needs, Surrounding Pathways, Heritage Trees, and the Architecture of the Adjacent Hospital. Environmental Assessment: An Environmental Impact Report was Previously Certified for This Project Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Zoning District: HD.
