Five (5) minutes per speaker.1,3 November 3, 2016 Subcommittee Items San Francisquito Creek Joint Powers Authority (JPA) Flood Protection project [12PLN-00378]: Request for sub-committee review for design details required as conditions of approval for the previously approved project to provide 1% (100-year) flood protection improvements, riparian corridor enhancements, and recreational opportunities along San Francisquito Creek between Highway 101 and San Francisco Bay. Environmental Review: An Environmental Impact Report (EIR) was prepared by the lead agency (JPA) and was certified by the JPA Board on October 18, 2012. Zoning District PF(D).
