QUASI-JUDICIAL MATTER / PUBLIC HEARING. 693 Arastradero Road [16PLN-00089]: Consideration of applicant's request for approval of an Architectural Review permit for the demolition of three existing single family homes and construction of a new preschool (60 children) and expansion of the Bowman School on Terman Drive. There is no proposed change to the existing enrollment limitation of 300 students. Three new structures will have a combined floor area of 17,132 square feet and will be used for the preschool, gymnasium and classrooms. Environmental Assessment: An Initial Study is being prepared. No action from the ARB will be taken at this meeting. QUASI JUDICIAL MATTER / PUBLIC HEARING. 203 Forest Avenue [14PLN-00472]: Recommendation to the Director of Planning and Community Environment for the Denial of an Architectural Review Application for a 4,996 Square Foot Residential Addition Above an Existing 4,626 Square Foot Commercial Building. QUASI JUDICIAL MATTER / PUBLIC HEARING. 1451-1459 Hamilton Avenue and 1462 Edgewood Drive [16PLN-00174]: Recommendation to the Director of Planning and Community Environment for the Approval of an Architectural Review Application to Allow the Demolition of Two Single-Story Houses and Two, Two-Story Houses and for the Construction of Three Single-Story Houses and One, Two-Story House on Four Separate Lots. Basements are proposed for two of the houses. The Proposed Project is Categorically Exempt From Environmental Review Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Section 15302 (Replacement or Reconstruction).
