PUBLIC HEARING:
1. 252 Ramona Street [13PLN-00431]: Request by Tony Carrasco for Major Architectural
Review of a proposal to demolish one existing single story residence and construct a new two
story building with two residential units in the RMD(NP) zoning district. No exceptions are
required. Environmental Assessment: Exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental
Quality Act (CEQA) per CEQA Section 15303(b). This item was continued from the March 5, 2015
ARB Hearing.
STUDY SESSION:
2. 1313 Newell Road [Art Center]: Request by City of Palo Alto Public Works for Study Session
to present design concepts for a new corner free standing sign for the Art Center and Rinconada
Library facility; the formal project will require a Sign Exception application to exceed the number
of free standing signs allowed on the project site.
Board/Staff Announcements, Updates, Reports, and Comments: Members of the public may not
speak to the item(s).

Review of minor changes to the previously approved mixed-use project in the CD-C (P) zone
district. The project includes façade and rooftop changes and reduction in living units from two to
one unit. Environmental Assessment: A Negative Declaration was prepared for the project in
accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and adopted on January 23,
2013.
