Members of the public may speak to any item not on the agenda with a limitation of three (3) minutes per speaker. Those who desire to speak must complete a speaker request card available from the secretary of the Board. The Architectural Review Board reserves the right to limit the oral communications period to 15 minutes. APPROVAL OF MINUTES. NEW BUSINESS: Preliminary Review: 1. 180 El Camino Real [12PLN-00262]: Request by Macy’s Inc. on behalf of Leland Stanford Junior University for preliminary Architectural Review of a new three story retail space for Bloomingdale’s totaling 120,000 square feet and located within the Stanford Shopping Center. Zone District: CC (Community Commercial). STUDY SESSION: 2. 1313 Newell Road [12PLN-00300]: Request by City of Palo Alto Art Center for Study Session review of new signage requiring sign exceptions for height, size, and type for the existing the Art Center. The new signs include four directional, one free-standing, and four removable banner signs. Zone: PF. BOARD MEMBER BUSINESS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. REPORTS FROM OFFICIALS.
