Members of the public may speak to any item not on the agenda with a limitation of three (3) minutes per speaker. Those who desire to speak must complete a speaker request card available from the secretary of the Board. The Architectural Review Board reserves the right to limit the oral communications period to 15 minutes. APPROVAL OF MINUTES. Regional Bike Share Program: Request by the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority and the City of Palo Alto, for Architectural Review of bicycle kiosks and docking stations to be distributed at several locations in the Downtown and California Avenue business Districts. Bicycle Share stations will also be provided at the University Avenue Caltrain Station and within Stanford University. Environmental Assessment: Categorically exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). 2. 3445 Alma Street [12PLN-00249]: Request by Aaron Gilliand, on behalf of Trestle Alma LLC, for a master sign program and a sign exception to allow two projecting signs. Zone District PC-4956. Environmental Assessment: Exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per CEQA Guidelines Section 15301.
