Members of the public may speak to any item not on the agenda with a limitation of three (3) minutes per speaker. Those who desire to speak must complete a speaker request card available from the secretary of the Board. The Architectural Review Board reserves the right to limit the oral communications period to 15 minutes. APPROVAL OF MINUTES. SUBCOMMITTEE: 341 Ramona Street [10PLN-00075]: Subcommittee review and approval, in the field, of the proposed cement plaster color for previously approved project: Request by the Topos Architects on behalf of James Goddard for Architectural Review for minor changes to a Planned Community to allow façade improvements, including expanding the second floor deck and conversion of 32 square feet of exterior first floor space into interior living space for a residential unit; approved May 25, 2010. STAFF ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW: Project Description: Minor changes to the façade of a residential unit within Planned Community PC-3111, to include door, window and roof modifications.
