SUBJECT: Interviews of Candidates for the Public Art Commission for one
unexpired Term Ending April 30, 2012.
Dear Council Members:
Two applications were received for the Public Art Commission. By a vote of
the Council, both applicants have been scheduled for interviews in the
Council Conference Room on October 21, 2009.
Public Art Commission applicants to be interviewed are as follows:

The City Council will vote at the City Council Meeting on October 26, 2009 to
appoint one candidate to the Public Art Commission for the term ending April
30, 2012.

SUBJECT: Interviews of Candidates for the Architectural Review Board for
Three Terms Ending September 30, 2012.
Dear Council Members:
On September 21, 2009 the Council voted to interview nine applicants for
the Architectural Review Board. Unfortunately, David Bell and Kirk Welton
have withdrawn their applications. Betsy Webster will not be able to attend
the interviews but wants to still be a candidate. The remaining six
applicants have been scheduled for interviews in the Council Conference
Room on October 21, 2009.
Architectural Review Board applicants are as follows:
