HONORABLE CITY COUNCIL City of Palo Alto SUBJECT: Interviews of Candidates for the Planning and Transportation Commission for Two Four Year Terms Ending July 31, 2013. Dear Council Members: Five applications were received for the Planning and Transportation Commission recruitment. One applicant, Daniel Garber, is unable to attend the interview, but has not withdrawn his application. The remaining four applicants have been scheduled for interviews in the Council Conference Room on Tuesday, July 21, 2009. The applicants to be interviewed are as follows:

Janice Holliday 6:15
Eduardo Martinez 6:30
Stephen Sowa 6:45
The City Council will vote to appoint two candidates, for the four year terms ending July 31, 2013, to the Planning and Transportation Commission at the City Council Meeting, July 27, 2009. Respectfully submitted,
